A quick post before work-

Things have been pretty busy here- I am behind on reading blogs- not much stitching done either. I did a few stitches on the Brooke's Bookes Summer House challenge last night but that's about it. We had a ladies' get together at church last night and I got home kind of late- not really that late but I still had to get David to bed when I got home so when I finally sat down there wasn't too much stitching time. Plus I was a little tired so I just sat there and did nothing but watch TV for a while. ;) Hopefully I will get more done tonight on E, all I have left is the backstitching and beading, then I can finally move on to F!

Well I better sign off for now- have to get to work!

The "E" post

First the progress- my progess on "E" that is, since I don't think I have posted any! So here it is!

And the other reason this is called the E post- I have listed a few oldies on ebay- I listed 2 today and will hopefully list some more tomorrow- just didn't want to take up all my stitching time. Here are the items I listed(my ebay ID is hannasmom1198)

We  have been busy this past week- my FIL, his new wife, and my husband's aunt and uncle were here visiting. I had to work during the day unfortunately, but we still had a nice visit. One day they went to the beach, and Rob and Hanna took some pics with my camera- here are a couple or three..

Is anyone having issues with uploading pictures to blogger? Even when my cursor is at the bottom of the blog, it puts all the pictures at the top and I have to drag them down. Ugh. Well, that's it for now.. I have more beach pictures I will post if you'd like, but another day. :)

Who'da thunkit?

LOL! You know that headache I had for a week?  Well all it took to cure it was a night out with my hubby and a margarita and a half at Chili's. hee hee..  Rob surprised me Friday by finding some friends to watch the kids and taking me out to Chili's for dinner!  It was delicious and so nice to relax.  And as mentioned above, the margaritas did the trick! Weird huh? Mind you, alchoholic beverages are not going to become my headache medicine. ;-)

And here is my progress pic on my LK flip-its- not as far as I thought I would get but after Hanna goes to bed I've been working on her Christmas present- once I make some progress I will post it here as she doesn't read my blog, unless it's over my shoulder once in a while as I'm typing. 

I am going to be listing a couple of items on ebay if anyone is interested-  the pattern and leftover threads from Bent Creek's Blackbird House zipper-

and a cross stitch mousepad kit- it has been opened but all the original items are in there. My ebay ID is hannasmom1198. :)

And last but not least, here is a picture of some trees near our townhouse- sorry the pic is not of the full trees but I didn't want the neighbors' vehicles in the photo.

I really wanted to wait til the middle tree had turned also, but I was afraid the leaves would be off of the other two by then!
